Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Telechunk to connect Telegram bots, manage knowledge, and deliver automated replies.
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Using Telechunk
You must provide accurate account information, keep your session secure, and use Telechunk only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the Telegram bots, documents, instructions, messages, and audiences connected to your projects.
You must have the authority to connect a Telegram bot and must not use Telechunk to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
Your content and bot
You retain responsibility for the documents, prompts, answer styles, and other content you provide. You authorize Telechunk and its configured service providers to process that content only as needed to operate the features you request.
AI-generated replies can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge, configuring access, and deciding whether automated replies are appropriate for your users.
Plans, credits, and limits
Plans include the document, token, and credit limits shown in the application. Credits are consumed by billable AI processing according to the configured model and usage records. Opening, monthly, and top-up credits may have different expiration and rollover rules.
Telegram Stars purchases, renewals, refunds, and entitlement changes are subject to the payment flow and rules displayed in the application and Telegram’s platform requirements.
Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or restrict a project that presents a security, abuse, payment, or platform-compliance risk. You may delete projects or your account from the application. Deletion may not be reversible and may not remove limited records required for security, fraud prevention, or financial accounting.
Service changes and disclaimer
Telechunk may change, improve, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an availability basis, and we do not guarantee that every generated answer, retrieval result, webhook, or third-party integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These terms are a product draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being used as the final legal agreement.
