Privacy Policy

We handle the Telegram account information required to authenticate your Telechunk account, such as your Telegram user identifier, username, display name, and profile image when Telegram provides it.

When you create a project, we store project settings, encrypted bot credentials, uploaded knowledge sources, extracted text, vector-search metadata, conversations, message logs, and usage records needed to operate the service.

We use this information to authenticate you, operate and secure your Telegram bots, retrieve relevant knowledge, deliver replies, provide analytics, enforce project access rules, process subscriptions, and prevent abuse or duplicate free-account use.

We do not use your project documents or conversations to advertise to you. Provider services may process the minimum content required to generate embeddings, rerank results, or produce an answer when those services are enabled for your project.

You can edit or delete project knowledge, manage conversation access, block Telegram users, change a project between public and internal-only access, revoke sessions, and delete your account through the application. Account deletion removes the account’s operational data and may preserve limited entitlement or fraud-prevention records where necessary.

We use access controls, encrypted credential storage, project scoping, authenticated API sessions, and server-side authorization checks to protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, meet security and financial-accounting requirements, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse. Retention periods may differ by data type and plan.
